Other Ontario and Quebec Areas Some areas, such as Oakville, Hamilton, Burlington, Newcastle, Newmarket etc.. that are just outside the Greater Toronto Area...hand delivered next day, not in a box, (no Sunday or Holiday delivery) if ordered before 4:00 p.m.(EST) on a business day. All other Ontario and Quebec locations are couriered with delivery generally within 1 or 2 business days (rural areas could take longer and be subject to a shipping surcharge).	$12.99
